Private entrepreneurs organized another protest action in Hrodna on March 7. About a few dozen people came to Lenin Square.

The present were nervous. The entrepreneurs railed at everyone who decided to leave and did not trust journalists.

“I have not eaten meat for a month, can you believe it? We will all switch to potatoes and kefir soon. Fortunately, I have some jam and other home-made tinned food. I do not know what to say… Maybe it would be better to live during a war!” one of the protesters said.

Regional elder of social-democrats Aleh Ramashkevich was the only representative of political organizations at the action. He told the present about the experience of the Square in the 1990s and Ukrainian Maidan of 2004.

There were no policemen in the square. A few people in plain clothes were watching the action from behind the corner of the building of the City Executive Committee.

People spent about 40 minutes in Lenin Square. The last group left at 12.45 p.m.
