Human rights activists report that law enforcers have detained the creative director of an architectural bureau Kanstantsin Vysochyn in Minsk.

Pro-government telegram channels claim he was detained because he decided to "hype the Ukrainian events in social networks."

The security forces investigated Vysochyn's phone and opened a criminal case under Article 342 (actions that grossly violate public order): they say that in 2020 Vysochyn participated in protests and blocked the traffic.
