The BPF Party may lose its office if Minsk City Executive Committee refuses to prolong the lease term.  BPF leader Ryhor Kastusyou is hoping for the better, he told Belarusian Partisan

The 3-year lease of the office has ended. Furthermore, the party is facing financial obstacles at the moment: the electricity in the office was switched off for a few days due to debts in September. Nevertheless, the BPF Party has prepared all the documents needed to prolong the lease term at Charnysheuski Street, 3.

The rent is about 1000 dollars a month. The sum is actually 1500 dollars a month with the utility bills.

The party has already paid the rent for its regional officers in Mahilyou, Vitsebsk and Hrodna. “Yet, the party is facing certain financial obstacles. The utility services cost more than at the beginning of the year. Unfortunately, our financial situation has not improved accordingly. People who supported us are in a difficult financial situation. The main problems have been solved, but financial obstacles still exist,” Kastusyou explained.
