Boris Moiseev to open ballet school in Mogilev
Representatives of pop and dance star Boris Moiseev have approached the culture department at the Mogilev regional adminstration, seeking permission to aquire a local factory's culture house, writes newspaper Zviazda.
Currently, the building is owned by the city authorities, but it remains deserted and has been put on auction Br2 billion is required to repair the building.
The startting price of the building is nearly Br 2.4 billion plus rental fees for 50 years -- over $600 million, making it a total of Br 3 billion. The condition of the auction is to open a cultural and entertainment center three years later, but there are no buyers.
