BNF member Vital Karatysh is allowed to leave army to take part in elections

A BNF member Vital Karatysh has been allowed to leave the missile unit in Asipovichy District. He had to serve for a fixed period there. The thing is the Malady Front member has been registered as a deputy contender in the elections of members of the House of Representatives and he will run for the position in Luninentsk constituency. This is what Vital Karatysh said in an interview with ERB:

"I did hope that the district election commission and the administration of my unit would not go against their conscience.  The administration helped me. They prepared my documents immediately when the information that I was a deputy contender arrived from the election commission. According to the law, they decided to allow me to leave the unit”.

Let us note that Karatysh is 24 years old. He has a bachelor’s degree in “state administration”. The BNF member managed to prepare all the documents needed for the registration on the eve of the call-up. He was even explained that “politics” was evident there.

Karatysh has served one month in the army and he says that he was treated very well in his unit. However, he may not return there if he is elected deputy.

Vital Karatysh will have three rivals: an acting deputy, a teacher and a military unit lawyer. Anyway, he believes in his success:

"I believe in my success anyway and I think I am the best candidate”.
