"BeST" to be sold for at least 500 million dollars – Minister of Economy
Belarus hopes to get at least 500 million dollars for a cellular operator “Belarusian telecommunication Network” (“BeST”). The Belarusian Minister of Economy Mikalai Zaichanka has informed about it. He is the head of the Belarusian delegation at the yearly meeting of the Council of directors of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development that is taking place in Kiev.
"We are not in a hurry but we are not going to delay the process. It is part of our plan. However, I cannot tell you the exact date yet”, -said Zaichanka.
