Belarusian-Polish economic forum with government’s assistance takes place in Warsaw

Belarus is represented by the vice Prime Minister Andrei Kabyakou and Poland – by the vice Prime Minister Waldemar Pawlak. Polish and Belarusian businessmen, officials and economic executives are present at the forum. The forum is also hosting an exposition Belexpo-2009 displaying goods produced by Belarusian enterprises.
The adviser of the Belarusian-Polish Industrial Trade League Krzysztof Opshanski says:

— Tractors, BelAZes, buses, cranes and excavators are displayed in the open air. All Belarusian industries including the chemical one are represented at the exposition.

Andrei Kabyakou has stressed that Poland is one of the most important Belarusian partners occupying the fifth position if you take the turnover into account. It was 3 billion roubles last year after a 45% increase.

The Belarusian Embassy to Poland will give a reception dated for the exposition and for the day of the Republic (July 3) on June 24.
