Belarus in talks with General Motors over cars
Belarusian officials are reportedly holding negotiations with the car-maker General Motors about the production of 20-25,000 cars annually in Belarus.
Nelarusian Prime Minister Mikhail Myasnikovich said the side have agreed main approaches for the production of cars in Belarus. This will be done gradually, he said.
In the view of General Motors management, the Belarusian production will be oriented on new models of small volume.
