Belarus to send observers to Ukrainian presidential election
They will monitor the early presidential election in this neighbouring state, BelaPAN reports.
The Verkhovna Rada appointed the early election for May 25, 2014. It was done because ex-President Victor Yanukovich “had decided to evade from his constitutional duty”.
It was also decided to elect the Mayor of Kiev and members of Kiev City Council on the same day to save money.
