Belarus plans to increase prices for petrochemical products at domestic market

The government of Belarus is considering to raise the prices for petrochemical products at the domestic market, Prime Tass news agency quoted a source in the Belarus government as saying. According to the source, it is planned to increase the costs of petrochemicals by 10 percent. Agrarians and transport officials are objecting to the plan. The issue was recently discussed in the Cabinet of Ministers.

"The ministries failed to reach a consensus, so the issue will be included into the agenda of the presidium of the Counci of Ministers", Radio Svaboda quotes the official as saying.
