Belarus national hockey team wins “Palesse Cup”

Belarus national team has won the IV International hockey tournament “Palesse Cup” for the fourth time. It took place in Babruisk and Zhlobin from November 5 till November 8. Belarusians headed by acting manager Andrei Husau defeated Norwegians in the final match — 3:2 (1:1, 1:0, 1:1). Our goals were scored by Alyaksandr Zhydkih, Yaraslau Chuprys and Andrei Stas who scored the last goal during the 59th minute when Belarusians had a majority.

Austria defeated France in a match for the third place – 5:2. Palesse national team defeated Danes and took the fifth place – 4:2, reports BelaPAN.
