Belarus introduces excise stamps for consumtion goods

Belarus on November 1 introduced a measure which requires putting excise stamps on a number of consumption goods, including frying oil, motor oil, mineral water, washing liquids and new television sets, reports Interfax. Trade outlets must stop the sales of unmarked items and carry out their stock recount by today.

Not later than November 13, dealers must apply for the marking of the remaining stock to the revenue authorities.

Within 15 calendar days since recieving the excise stamps, traders are obliged to put the excises on the remaining stock.
