Belarus to buy Russian oil $125-130 cheaper than at world market

The Belarusian state concern Belnaftahim has signed a deal with several Russian companies that will be supplying oil to this country. The prices for the Russian oil will remain at the lasy year's level of $240 per ton.

According to experts, even with duties introduced by Russia for the export of oil to Belarus, the contracts will still be profitable for the Russian companies, writes Kommersant.

The new price formula is bound to the world oil price and takes into account the average discount and the reduction of freight and transit costs.
