Azarenka to play Kerber in Miami Open semifinal

Victoria Azarenka’s rival in the Miami semifinal will be German Angelique Kerber, the World No.3. She defeated American Madison Keys (World No.22) in the quarterfinals — 6:3, 6:2.

Azarenka defeated Johanna Konta (23) of Great Britain in the quarterfinals — 6:4, 6:2. The Belarusian went up to the World No.5 after that.

Victoria has only been defeated once this year – by Angelique Kerber.

Russian Svetlana Kuznetsova and Swiss Timea Bacsinszky will play in the other semifinal match in Miami.
