Activist of Ukrainian movement Femen may attend Belarusian election

The leader of the movement Ganna Gutsol claimed it in an interview with Radio Liberty. Femen is famous for its extravagant protest actions when girls and women holding posters appear in the streets half-naked. Fighting prostitution was the initial aim of the movement but the girls got involved in politics later.
Their last outstanding action was “Ukraine is not Alina” dated for the visit of the Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin to Kiev. The leader of the movement Ganna Gutsol does not exclude that her adherents may organize something like that in Minsk but they are financially limited to afford a trip to Belarus. Furthermore, Femen understands that the Belarusian police “are very strict”.
