70 buildings buried underground in Minsk Province

About 300 old buildings have been demolished in Minsk Province. A quarter of them were simply buried underground because officials had demanded ‘to put the land in order’, ONT reports.

An old cow shed and three calf sheds have been buried underground in Vileika District. The owner wasn’t even informed about it, chief specialist of the State Control Committee Volha Dashkevich said.

“They simply buried the remains of the buildings underground. It was a verbal order of the District and Province Executive Committees,” the specialist said.

The land cannot be used for agriculture and harvesting now because machines will be damaged by the remains of the buildings.
