2016 budget will not take into accunt denomination - official
The Belarus' budget for 2016 will not take denomination into account, senior deputy Minister of finance Maksim Yermalovich announced. The main financial document will be based on the prices of January 1, 2016, he said. All the indexes will be reconsidered after the denomination of July 1, 2016. Only the nominal will change, the solvency and real value will remain the same, BELTA reports.
The President signed the denomination decree the other day, Euroradio reported. New banknotes and even coins will appear on July 1, 2016. Four zeros will be removed from Belarusian banknotes. 100 old roubles will total 1 kopeck.
