Victar Tsyareshchanka promises to decrease dollar exchange rate by three times
Presidential candidate Victar Tsyareshchanka has promised to decrease the dollar exchange rate by three times. He made the promise during his radio speech on November 22. Tsayreshchanka has suggested changing the state’s monetary and credit policy “as an economist and scientist having a lot of practical work experience”. According to the politician, the exchange rate of the dollar and of the Belarusian ruble may become equal in 5 or 7 years.
The candidate supported rational privatization that would correspond to the interests of the people and the state rather than to the interests of foreign profiteers specializing in virtual currencies, informs BelaPAN.
The candidate has promised “to blackmail Russia” and “to threaten the European Union” by the possibility of opening the borders for drug trafficking and contraband in the international sphere.
