Tsarnaev brothers used “Terrorista #1” license plate in Boston
Dzhokhar Tsarnaev has come to his senses and is giving evidence, ABC reports.
Tsarnayev could have lost his ability to speak due to a carotid artery injury and then the police would not have been able to interrogate him, mass media noted earlier. He is giving written evidence now, RBK reports.
The expatriate Russians, Tsarnaev brothers, are suspected of the Boston marathon bombing. The elder brother, Tamerlan, was shot in a clash with the police. The younger brother was injured and arrested later.
U.S. Attorneys are preparing Dzokhar Tsarnaev’s charges. He will be accused of terrorism and usage of mass-destruction weapons. He will sentenced to death if he is returned guilty. However, there is no capital punishment in Massachusetts.
Tsarnayev brothers did not have permission to own weapons. They also planned other terrorist acts with bombs. The police have found their cache of weapons and explosives.
The criminals did not try to hide after the blasts in Boston. They used a BMW with the license plate “Terrorista #1”. The car belonged to their friends.
