Suspect in Vitsebsk KGB office blast detained
A woman with prior hooliganism record is behind the crime, say police officials.
According to them, the criminal case started for hooliganism has already been investigated, reports BELTA.
A woman with prior convictions for property damaging, hooliganism and thefts is
claimed to be guilty of the blast.
The blast happened in the evening on November 11, 2012. Two windows were
damaged as a result of the explosion of the "primitive self-made
pyrotechnical device". A criminal case has been started for hooliganism. A
group of most experienced employees of the Investigatory Committee dealt with
this case. More than 400 people were interrogated, more than 300 expertises
were appointed.
