Velcom, MTS launch MMS exchange
Velcom on July 10 launched a new service that allows its customers to exchange MMS with subscribers of another major mobile network operator MTS, following a formal agreement and necessary technical exchange between the rival companies.
While sending an MMS, the number of the recepient should be dialed in the international forma: + country code, network code and the number of the recepient.
It will cost Br450 per MMS exclusive taxes. 300 Kbite is the maximim allowed size of MMS files, according to Velcom
