US suggests applying Magnitsky Act to all countries
U.S. Senators John McCain and Ben Cardin have suggested the Congress to apply the Magnitsky Act to all countries.
According to the bill, people the Congress considers to be violating human rights should be added on the U.S. global sanctions list. The bill was prepared by representatives of the Republican and Democratic parties.
