Deputy head of the Russian Duma Pyotr Tolstoi who also heads Russia's delegation at the OSCE has shared his opinion about the way Russia should treat its neighbours. He said:

"Belarus is in our heart in the same way as Ukraine, Kazakhstan and the Baltic republics are. They are all our closest neighbours, part of our World. They definitely need to be fed with ‘Russian World'".

The politician did not explain what he meant.

Pyotr Tolstoi is 49 years old. He is a politician, journalist, producer and TV presenter (he used to work for the Russian First TV Chanel).
