Russian fugitive detained in Navapolatsk
A former Russian police officer, charged with a series of murders in the Moscow region, has been detained in the Belarusian northern city of Navapolatsk. The 22-year-old fugitive was wanted by Interpol. Belarus is making arrangments for his extradiction to Russia, reports Interfax.
