Eastern Partnership negotiations continue without Belarus

The states are Azerbaijan, Armenia, Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine. It is noted in the European Commission’s report about the results of the Eastern Partnership.

 

According to the AFN, the negotiations with Ukraine are the longest – they have been conducted since 2007. According to the European Commission, the negotiations are in the final stage in many fields.

 

The negotiations with Moldova were started in January 2010. The negotiations with Azerbaijan, Armenia and Georgia began last July. Unlike Ukraine, Armenia, Georgia and Moldova have not started the negotiations about the free trade zone yet.
