Popular Front member appears in court
Kanstantsin Hrachau, a youth activist with the Party of the Belarusian Popular Front, was on Sunday detained by the special police force in the center of Minsk.
They seized 100 stickers, advertising the opposition European March planned to take place on October 14 in Minsk.
Hrachau was taken to the Central District Police Department and charged with calling on the participation in an unauthorized event.
The activist was told that he was to spend the night in a police custody. His trial is scheduled for Monday today, reports Belapan.
