Nyaklyayeu’s adherent left behind bars for one more day
The term of detention of an activist of the Tell the Truth! campaign Mihas Bashura has been prolonged to ten days. The activist is suspected of forging documents. He may be imprisoned for up to three years, informs “Belarusian Partisan”. Let us remind you that Bashura was detained in Minsk on August 6. A criminal case for forging documents was started against him. The reason for it was the income certificate presented by Bashura in order to get a credit. The income in the certificate was increased – a police check-up proved it. However, his lawyer Tamara Sidarenka claims there was no legal reason for the detention of Bashura.
Bashura’s term of detention was prolonged on the evening of August 9. In Sidarenka’s opinion, an accusation will be brought against Bashura. Most likely, it will happen on Friday, August 13.
