Local official in Dokshytsy faces jail for graft
A member of the district council in Dokshytsy is facing up to 10 years in jail for the abuse of office. The deputy who served as the chairman of Byahoml local council in February 2008 signed legal resolutions to allocate land plots to four residents of the Vitsebsk region worth of Br43.5 million, reports Ezhednevnik newspaper.
