Donets Basin political subgroup to gather in Minsk today

Donets Basin political subgroup will gather in Minsk on July 28, ria.ru reports.
The previous meeting of the subgroup was organized on July 21. The other subgroups and the Contact Group gathered on that day. The representatives of the so-called ‘Donetsk and Lugansk People’s Republics’ claimed that the subgroup negotiations were stagnant.
The negotiations of the political subgroup will be held in Minsk while battles in Ukraine continue and both sides keep accusing one another.
