Dollar exchange rate reaches 40 Russian roubles
US dollar climbed at Rur 40 at the Moscow Stock Exchange on October 6.
The dollar exchange rate has gone up by 8 copecks – 40.04 roubles, RIA Novosti reports. The previous record was set in September 26 – 39 roubles.
The West imposed sanctions on Russia in connection with the country’s actions in Ukraine. The sanctions are already affecting the fate of the Russian economy and the Russian rouble exchange rate.
