Communists lose majority in Moldova's parliament
Moldova's Constitutional Court has backed the parliament's resolution to elect Mikhai Gimpu as the speaker of the parliament. Gimpu will be the acting head of state after the official resignation of president Vladimir Voronin. He can also recommend a candidate for the post of the prime minister, reports Delfi.
