Charged up drug dealers caught driving in Minsk (photo)
9 grams of a very dangerous substance called Alfa PVP has been confiscated from the young men.
Minsk police have detained two young men who were driving in the state of intoxication. However, being charged up was not the only problem for the 17-year-old Minsker and 21-year-old inhabitant of Hlybokaye.
The young men were buying huge potions of psychotropic agents on the Internet and resold them to other consumers by leaving the drug in secret places. They usually did it 10 times a day. 9 grams of the very dangerous substance Alfa PVP was confiscated from the young men.
The older man was driving and had a previous conviction for drunken driving. The young men are facing up to 12 years in prison.
