CEC: 46.3% have cast ballots
46.3 percent of voters have cast their ballots by noon December 19, according to the data released by Central Election Commission. A total of 3,278,328 voters, including those who voted early, out of 7,084,787 registered voters has taken part in the polls, reports the web site of Central Election Commission.
