Case of Andrei Lyankevich is sent for revision

Let us remind you that the judge Alena Laptseva demanded that Lyankevich had to present documents proving that “Nasha Niva” was a registered edition on March 26.
The hearing lasted for about two or three minutes. The judge asked whether there were any additional documents. They were presented. Andrei Laynkevich said that several letters had been sent to the Ministry of Foreign Affaires including letters from World Press Photo  and the Association of Austrian Journalists – organizations he had membership in.

Then Alena Laptseva claimed that the case was sent back to the District Department of the Interior for revision. Lyankevish was let off.
