Belarus to introduce two-year moratorium on checks at new enterprises
Belarus will introduce a two-year ban on carrying out checks of a new enterprises since the day of registration, under a resolution drafted by the government, Vice PM Andrei Kabyakou said in a statement.
Under the draft, a selective not comprehensive control principle over the operation of companies ia at the bottom line of the resolution, he said. It is planned that all the enterprises will be divided into three risk groups.
High-risk companies will be checked not more than once a year; medium-risk companies -- once per three years; low-risk companies -- once in five years.
The draft also envisages to exempt businesses from administrative punishment for minor violations, reports the Interfax Zapad news agency.
