U.S. Senate to consider weapon supplies to Ukraine

The bill has been brought in by Senators Robert Menedez and Bob Corker representing the Democratic and Republican Parties respectively.

Russian defense enterprises and Gazprom may be affected by the sanctions. The bills will be discussed in the Senate on Thursday.

According to the document, the U.S. President will supply all the necessary military equipment to Ukraine so that the country could resist the invasion – weapons and ammunition, radar, range finders, aiming devices and drones.

Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko is paying an official visit to the USA and Canada these days.
