Sviatlana Tsikhanouskaya has appealed to Belarusians. The reason for the appeal is the second anniversary of the war in Ukraine.
The democratic leader's appeal was broadcast from many screens across the country. We are talking about screens installed in large squares as well as in supermarkets.
Among other things, she urged Belarusians to say "no" to unlawful elections.
Meanwhile, the CEC said that a third of the electorate had already voted in the early elections. This is the data for the evening of 23 February, when only the fourth day of early voting had ended.
A total of 6.913 million people were on the electoral lists, which means that more than 2 million Belarusians had already gone to the polls.
The highest turnout was recorded in Homiel region. The lowest - in the Minsk and Hrodna regions and in Minsk.
