Opposition to attract non-party members for election-2015
Representatives of the coalition "For Fair Elections" have made the decision in Brest.
Deputy candiadtes-2012, observers and Minsk coordinators of the coalition Syarhei Kalyakin and Victar Karnyayenka took part in the discussion.
Leader of the Belarusian party of the left "Fair World" Syarhei Kalyakin explained:
Kalyakin: "There are high chances to unite. But we do not think that this is enough. It is necessary to attract non-party members. It is impossible to change the situation only with the help of parties until people realize that their life depends on election and that it can be changed."
The format of the presidential eltcion-2015 was also discussed at the meeting. The problem of defenselessness of those who support the opposition, threats and repressions was mentioned.
However, the suggestion made by political refugee semi-colonel Baradach has not been discussed. "It is an unreal initiative suggested by a private individual," Kalyakin said.
