Fyaduta: I am a former school teacher and I never beat teenagers

Let us remind you that the Coalition of Six was going to sign an agreement about actions at the parliamentary election on January 31. However, everything resulted in a quarrel. The leader of the BCD steering committee, Vital Rymasheuski, did not sign the agreement. He explained that he had just seen the document and that another agreement had been prepared to be signed.
Literary man and civil activist Alyaksandr Fyaduta punched Vital Rymasheuski after that. He says that “he is the only person in the country who has kicked an ex-presidential candidate’s ass”.

Euroradio: My question is about your conflict with Rymasheuski. Did you fight a lot when you were young?

Fyaduta: I comment on political conflicts, not personal ones. My surname is not Valuyeu or Klichko. I am not a fighter!..

Euroradio: Why did you react to Rymasheuski that way?
Fyaduta: Your reaction to boorishness should be adequate. This is the only thing I can say.
Euroradio: What adequate reaction could you expect from him?
Fyaduta: Sorry, what reaction do you mean? Do you mean his reaction to his own boorishness?
Euroradio: The reaction to your punch.

Fyaduta: I did not punch him. I do not beat teenagers. I am a former school teacher. Speaking about boorishness… It was a kick-ass. So what?!. I am only person in the country who has kicked an ex-presidential candidate’s ass. I think that people may start queuing.

Euroradio: Queuing up in front of you?
Fyaduta: No, in front of him.
Euroradio: How do you think, who is going to queue?
Fyaduta: I do not know. Ask them. I think that many people would like to do it.
Euroradio: Have you ever used such methods before?
Fyaduta: I have never done it to teenagers.
Euroradio: But whom did you do it to?

Fyaduta: Sorry! I will have to repeat it. I am a school teacher. I do not think that it is a good method of education. What else can I say?.. It’s a shame that I have to comment on some non-political issues like this one.

Euroradio: You had a chance to discuss political issues at the today’s conference…

Fyaduta: That’s true. I am very disappointed about what happened there. It was the first opportunity to talk about the main issue: there should be no lists of candidates until all political prisoners are released. I think that most democratic political subjects understand the necessity of this unity. Unfortunately, some of our opposition colleagues have refused to sign the document. In my opinion, it is silly. Time will show who is right.

Vital Rymasheuski is not going to react to Alyaksandr Fyaduta’s punch. The leader of the BCD steering committee has told it to Euroradio.

According to him, he “did not even notice the punch”.

Vіtal Rymasheuskі: “Judging by Mr. Fyaduta’s physical and moral state, he resembles a woman. I cannot give back blow for blow to a woman or to Fyaduta…”.
