Szerepka: hackers "filled" several dozen thousand applications in 12 min.

The Belarusian law enforcement authorities explain their unwillingness to help to overcome the hackers who "intercept" the online visa application forms at the Polish consulate by the fact that it is "no illegal." The Ambassador of Poland Leszek Szerepka has said this as a reply to the accusations that it is impossible to obtain electronic registration to apply for a visa.

Leszek Szerepka: "Someone came up with a good system, it's called" skrept "and they are always ready, when open an opportunity to register, they run this" skrept ", which automatically blocks the registration. And they tell us – it is not against the law, it can be done. "

The fact that these were real groups with the hackers has been found out by the embassy staff  "experimentally" - once they published at their web-site several dozen thousand visa applications at a time. These "specialists" required... 12 minutes to "put them off the market". However, when people just sold these visa application forms right at the entrance to the consular department, the police did nothing against them. The policemen explained that they had no proofs of illegal activity there.

The Embassy and the consular department are seeking the method to overcome the Belarusian hackers, but cannot do anything so far.
