Council of Republic to consider amendments to Law "On Mass Events"
These amendments have already stimulated many arguments.
The amendments will give the authorities more opportunities for a stricter control over the activity of civil organizations. According to one of the suggested amendments, receipt of any kind of financial aid from abroad will be considered a crime and persecuted in due course.
Let us remind you, members of the House of Representatives adopted the amendments to the Law 'on Mass Events" on October 3 in two readings at once. Now it's time to consider them in the Council of Republic.
