"BPF Youth" to elect new leaders

Regional assemblies of the "BPF Youth" will take place before the congress - on February 11-April 1 - in order to nominate delegates. According to "Belarusian Partisan", a regional assembly of the organization's branch will be considered legitimate if at least three members of the "BPF Youth" take part in it.  One delegate per two persons included in the list of the organization's members may be nominated to participate in the congress.
