Minister: People cover almost 100% of communal services' real costs
Belarusians pay almost 100% for the communal services excluding the central heating, Minister of Housing and Communal Services Alyaksandr Tserahau claimed.
People pay almost 70% for the water supply and 85% – for technical services, the official said.
At the same time, people pay only 15% of the real cost of the central heating, the Minister told ONT.
Belarusians are expected to pay 100% for the communal services by the end fop 2018, interfax.by reports.
