Lyapis Trubetskoy announces break-up plans (video)
The popular Belarusian rock band will cease to exist on September 1, 2014, front-man Sergei Mikhalok says in a video statement.
Mikhalok announced it in a social video published on the website of the band. “I am going to disband Lyapis Tribetskoy,” the musician said. Marking the 25th anniversary is the most humiliating and trivial thing that can happen to a rock band, he reckons. Therefore, the rockers will not wait for this day.
