The leader of UDAR came to protesters in Grushevski Street and told them about his meeting with the authorities appointed for 1 p.m. today, censor.net.ua reports.

Klichko negotiated with Berkut fighters and they agreed to stop confrontation until the negotiations with the authorities were over. Protesters also supported the politician.

Klichko asked people not to use the catapult and to stop throwing stones until the end of the negotiations.

The negotiations will continue until 8 p.m., he said. Then the politician will return to Grushevski Street.
