Belarus military drone still missing
The Belarus defense forces rely on the police and ordinary citizens to help find the missing drone.
It should not be ruled out that the drone might have been appropriated by a local resident after operators lost control with the craft in Biaroza district in western Belarus.
The Belarus Air Force does not comment on the incident, reports BelaPAN.
The drone, attached to 927th Unmanned Aircraft Preparation and Deployment Center at Belarus Air Force and Air Defense Force in Biaroza, went missing after take off and airborne mission on July 10. On July 16, local state-owned newspaper Majak published an announcement with a photograph of the drone, promising a cash prize to those who would find it.
Judging by the photo, Air Force has lost Irkut-3 military drone.
