There have been traffic issues in Minsk since morning. Huge buses are delivering delegates to the All-Belarus National Assembly. There are traffic jams in Independence Square, drivers report.
The fifth All-Belarus National Assembly will be held on June 22 and 23. About 2500 delegates will participate in it.
