Victoria Azarenka goes up by 2 positions in WTA rankings

Belarusian Victoria Azarenka has gone up from the 50th to the 48th position with 998 points in the WTA rankings. She will start playing in Doha today, on February 23. Victoria will play against German Angelique Kerber (World No. 11).

Another Belarusian tennis player Volha Havartsova has gone from the 170th to the 141st position with 397 points after her victory in Switzerland. Alexandra Sasnovich is in the 145th position with 383 points.

The top-10 has changed a bit: Romanian Samona Halep has returned to the third position, Czech Petra Kvitova is the World No.4 again. American Serena Williams is the World No. 1 and Russian Maria Sharapova is in the second position.
