Shumchanka: I can tell you dates when businesses begin to complain

On March 30, the President signed a decree 143, providing for an extension of the transitional period during which the individual entrepreneurs can sell surplus goods without documents until 1 January 2016. Changes have been made in the decree 222 "On regulation of business and the sale of goods by individual entrepreneurs and other individuals".

It is interesting that just this morning, the leader of the public association Perspektyva, Anatol Shumchanka, addressed the head of state on the website of his organization to urge "not to torture people with uncertainty and to sign the decree".

According to the decree, the sale of goods without documents will be done with raised payment of the single tax as well as VAT increase with increasing coefficients. The tax will increase four times - from 2 to 4 during the year.

The leader of the Perspektyva, Anatol Shumchanka, commented on the new decree to Euroradio:

"I even know now the dates when entrepreneurs will complain about difficult times. This will finish off those who remained in this business, because the coefficient of 4 for the VAT is too much. It is possible to operate at a ratio of 2 for a single tax and 2 for the VAT, but it is in the economic situation that we have right now."

Shumchanka noted that, if the situation gets worse, it will become harder for businesses to work, because of the high tax. In addition, as Shumchanka noted, the Decree doesn't solve the main problem of entrepreneurs - the certificates issue.
