Russia disrupts negotiations of Norman Four at last moment

Russia has disrupted the meeting of Foreign Ministers of the Norman Four this week. Minsk Agreements were expected to be discussed there.

“Russian diplomats refused to take part in the meeting at the last moment and explained it by the fact that they had not prepared the agenda. On the contrary, we have numerous issues to discuss: two Russian servicemen in hospital, the Russian  surface-to-air missile system Strela-10 found by the OSCE mission, enhancement of attacks on cities where peaceful citizens and soldiers keep dying. Isn’t it enough for a discussion?”  Interfax quotes a source in the Ukrainian MFA.

It was agreed in Minsk on February 12 that the Norman Four would monitor the fulfillment of the agreements, Ukrainian diplomats remind.

The date and place of the meeting of the Norman Four has not been defined yet, deputy head of the Russian MFA Yegor Karasin claimed earlier.

The Norman Four consists of Ukraine, German y, Russia and France.
